Shipping
To provide the best possible service, we ship all our orders through a package carrier with a Track & Trace code. Shipping costs depend on the size of the package and will be indicated at checkout. For orders over €500, shipping is free. For some products, shipping costs may be relatively high, especially for large rugs that don’t fit in a box. In such cases, you can choose to pick up the item during the checkout process.
When can I expect my order?
We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM are typically shipped the following day. However, we may not always be able to meet this timeframe. For example, during holiday periods, it may take a bit longer. Occasionally, some products may be out of stock, which can also extend the delivery time. If, for any reason, we can’t meet the normal delivery time, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Right after you complete your order, you’ll receive an email with an order confirmation that includes your order number. Upon receiving your order, we’ll offer it to a package carrier as soon as possible, and they will send you a Track & Trace code to track the delivery of your order.
Make sure to be at home when the delivery is made, or collect your orders on time from the pick-up point. It would be inconvenient if the package is returned, as we would have to charge you the additional transportation costs (which will be deducted from your refund).
Shipping costs & delivery
The prices listed with our products are exclusive of shipping costs.
Delivery is carried out by the postal service or package courier from PostNL or DHL. Generally, deliveries will take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery, as this depends on the transportation companies. Particularly during the holidays, it can get busy, which may cause delays in deliveries.
